Thank you for your interest in Kaleidoscope's One-to-One Peer Support Program.

This program is offered by Kaleidoscope Mental Health Support Society and provides individual peer support through trained peer support practicum students.


About Peer Support

Peer support is relationship-based support offered by people with lived and living experience of mental health challenges, recovery, navigating systems, and finding ways forward.

Peer support is grounded in:

• Authenticity

• Connection


Program Delivery

Online peer support sessions are offered through the Jane App.

In-person sessions may be available depending on your location and the availability of an appropriate peer supporter in your area.

Kaleidoscope peer support is not a crisis service, counselling service, medical service, or emergency response service.
