Tracy Windsor

Hi, I’m Tracy. I have been part of Kaleidoscope since 2010, starting as one of its earliest support group participants. Over the years, I became a support group facilitator, board member at large, President of the Board from 2016 to 2024, and now Executive Director. My path into the mental health service sector began through my own lived experience, which first led me to peer support and later to social work and research. Along the way, I have learned so much about the power of connection, shared knowledge, and community-led change. My experiences as a peer supporter, researcher, social worker, and person with lived experience continue to shape how I lead and how I imagine what is possible. I have big dreams for Kaleidoscope, and I am excited to help bring them to life alongside our wonderful community members.
