Kaleidoscope Mental Health Support Society is excited to offer two series of free yoga classes in North Vancouver and Surrey, made possible with funding from lululemon.

These classes provide a welcoming opportunity to move, breathe, and connect with others in a supportive environment. Yoga experience is not required, and participants are encouraged to take part in ways that feel comfortable and accessible for them.

We are offering classes at 2 locations:

North Vancouver

HOpe Centre 1337 St. Andrews Avenue, North Vancouver

Wednesdays, July 8 to August 26 - 10:15–11:45 a.m.

Surrey Central

Foundry and Early Psychosis Intervention Surrey

Wednesdays, August 5 to September 23 from 2:00–3:15 p.m.

Each class will include accessible, guided yoga followed by time for optional conversation and connection. The sessions are intended to create space for movement and wellbeing without pressure, competition, or expectations about what yoga should look like.

Classes are free to attend. Participants are welcome whether they are completely new to yoga or already have an established practice.

We are grateful to lululemon for supporting community-based opportunities for movement, grounding, connection, and mental wellbeing.
